I appreciate the kind words. There is, by the way, a list of favorite books - mine and a few others - at the end of the book, behind the bibliography.
I have in-laws who live in the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina, and have been to Beaufort a few times. Oh, to be able to go back again.
